Configuring Outlook Express for your email account
Step1:
Select "Accounts" from the "Tools" menu

This will pop open the Internet Accounts window
Step2:
Select "Add" and then "Mail..."

This will pop open the Internet Connection Wizard for new accounts
Step3:
Enter a descriptive name for this account that will tell recipients who the email came from (eg Yourname @ Yourcompany) and click "Next"

Step4:
Enter your email address and click "Next"

Step5:
Enter your mail server details. Your incoming mail server is mail dot whatevery your domain is dot com (eg. mail.sharedsites.net, mail.domain.com). For the Outgoing mail server, refer to your standard ISP (Internet Service Provider) details - you will be required to use the server of the company you get your connection to the internet to to send mail. Click "Next" when done

Step6:
Enter your mail server login details. Note that your username is your email address (eg john@domain.com). When done, click "Next"

Step7:
Click "Finish" to complete the process.
